The Pregnancy Crisis Center of Lake City, Inc. was organized on June 14, 1985.
 
  The corporation was organized to operate exclusively as a non-profit charitable organization whose purpose was to develop and administer programs designed to assist women in confronting and dealing with the physical, emotional, economic and social problems associated with pregnancy.  To develop and administer programs designed to assist pregnant women who desire to carry their unborn child to term. 
 
The business affairs of this organization is managed by a Board of Directors.
